Information Regarding the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 9 of GEO no. 34/2014, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. Please note that according to Article 16 point a of GEO no. 34/2014, the right of withdrawal is waived for service contracts after the service has been fully performed, provided the performance began with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost once the contract is fully performed.
