How is it calculated?
Compensation is not calculated based on your ticket price, but exclusively on the distance between the departure and arrival airports:
Short flights (≤ 1,500 km)
e.g., Bucharest – Vienna, Cluj – Budapest
Medium flights (1,500 km – 3,500 km)
e.g., Bucharest – London, Timisoara – Paris
Long flights (> 3,500 km)
e.g., Bucharest – Dubai, Iasi – Tenerife
Compensation is awarded per passenger. For example, a family of 4 on a route over 3,500 km can receive €2,400!

Everything you need to know about your rights, our fee, and the legal recovery process.
Nothing. We operate on the 'No Win, No Fee' principle. All costs of analysis, correspondence with airlines, and even court proceedings are fully borne by us. If the claim is rejected, your final cost is €0.
Typically, if the airline collaborates amicably, the process takes between 3 and 8 weeks. In cases where the airline refuses cooperation or invokes unjustified reasons, and intervention by aviation authorities or courts of law is necessary, the process can take from several months up to a year.
Eligible flights are those that departed from an airport in the European Union (regardless of the airline) or those that landed at an EU airport and were operated by an EU-registered airline. Additionally, you must have experienced a destination delay of over 3 hours, or the flight must have been cancelled or overbooked in the last 3 years.
These are situations where the airline cannot be held responsible for the delay or cancellation because the event was beyond its control. Examples include severe weather conditions (storms, low visibility), air traffic controller strikes, security risks, or airport closures. Technical defects of the aircraft are NOT considered extraordinary circumstances.
Yes, if both flights were purchased under a single booking (a single travel ticket) and you reached the final destination with a total delay of over 3 hours, you are eligible for full compensation (€250 - €600) depending on the total distance of the trip.
